UN DÍA CON LOS ELEFANTES EN ELEPHANT NATURE PARK

- ONE DAY IN ELEPHANT NATURE PARK -

In a similar way as we did with our experience in Tiger Kingdom, this is a short post to show you a video of our day with the elephants in Chang Mai, Thailand. We knew about the abuse of the elephants in this country, so we wanted to avoid any kind of circus or trekking activities with them. Then, we found the Elephant Nature Park, a sanctuary where rescue elephants are very well cared, so we decided to go there. In addition, looking at its website we found an even more interesting activity there: Pamper a Pachyderm. This is an Elephant Nature Park neighboring and collaborator camp with three rescue old elephant ladies. In the activity they allows you to spend a whole day accompanying the elephants in their daily routine looking for bananas. It was a beautiful walk with the elephants into the forest, having the lunch in an exotic place with excellent views. Then, in the afternoon we made rafting in a very wild river (we don't have graphic document of this, but here you can see videos showing what we did). After this, we arrived again to the Elephant Nature Park to see the last bath of the day of one big group of elephants. You can see all this in the next video.

Bss!

We hope you like it! We highly recommend this visit. It is not cheap, but it is once in a life and you  can help these poor animals who suffered from abuses during all their lives. If you want to be updated about our next posts, go to our facebook and click Like. Kss!!
